Exchange Policy
- Conditions to exchange items are as follows: If Freedomt-shirts.com is responsible for incorrect sizing, we will bear the shipping cost. However, if customer is responsible for incorrect sizing, customer will bear cost. In addition, item(s) must be returned in its original state as received.
We do not exchange items:
- That are not in its original condition, and package.
- Are damaged/defective or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- That is returned more than 4weeks after delivery.
- We do not refund/exchange items for buyers remorse.
Once your item for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange item(s).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please contact us at freedomtshirts1776@gmail.com FIRST, if needing to exchange item(s). For all returns and exchanges please submit a request along with an uploaded photo of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange by using the online gateway provided. All orders must be submitted through the gateway to be applicable for exchange. If we do not receive an online submission, we cannot proceed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
