SHIPPING Policy

Please mail your items to 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any item damaged/defective or missing parts for reasons due to our error we are happy to exchange, and we are happy to cover the cost of shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

OFFICE HOURS

Please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning and emails will be answered within 48 hours.
